Clubs are a lot harder to track than businesses since they don’t need to register anywhere if they are small or informal. Others aren’t listed because they only draw from a specific group, such as church or school members, and so aren’t mentioned on the town website. Hopefully this helps!
1632 Universe Clubs lists all the known clubs and other organizations and has more details than this web page.

Organizations
This is a much more thorough list of 1632verse organizations. Most of these are known to exist in the 1632verse, but they include all the ones that were known to exist in Mannington (pre-RoF Grantville) in 2000. Some have not been put into canon, a few probably ceased to exist. Realistically, TOPS, a dieting group, was probably no longer needed with all the changes that accompanied the RoF.
Any organization with an * was pulled from a December 2001 version of the Mannington Main Street website found on the Wayback Machine. Names have been changed slightly to reflect Grantville instead of Mannington.
Who’s in/leading different organizations?
Note: These are alphabetical if you ignore the geographical designation. For example, *Grantville Volunteer Fire Department is alphabetical under “Volunteer” not “Grantville” and so on.
